Pease Bay House -
is located on the southern coast of
the island between Boddentown and Breakers (home of the
Lighthouse restaurant).
This 7,500 sq. ft. villa offers 5 bedroom suites and a small
child's room with a crib and toddler bed..
The oceanfront pool is very grand with panoramic views to the west. Shaded bedroom balconies. Many adult amenities--wine cooler, ice machine, warming ovens, dual dishwashers, commercial range/oven and teak chaises for the pool. The two living areas have travertine flooring, high ceilings, comfortable furniture and is well-suited for entertaining guests.
