Cayman Kai within the North Sound. It is within walking distance to
the Kaibo Yacht Club and has its own dock on the bay as well.
The most unique feature of these units is the waterfront screened lanai that encloses the private pool. With 30 ft of sliding glass doors that stack up out of sight, you literally bring the outdoors inside and have a pool in your living room! The "Pools of the Kai" units are very private/quiet and offer a manicured white sand beach for morning or evening strolls . Rum Point is also about a 5 minute walk from this oceanfront complex of 12 units; (3) clusters of 4 homes. A great swimming beach is right across the street at Gardens of the Kai. |
