Deposit Requirements- Up to and including three days rental- full payment due at booking
  Four or more days rental- 50% due at booking. Balance due on arrival.
Cancellation Policies- Deposit is refundable 30 or more days from occupancy (LOW season)
  Deposit is refundable 60 or more days from occupancy (HIGH season)
  Deposit is refundable 120 or more days from occupancy (HOLIDAY season)
